Updated Covid vaccines are available now with no appointment necessary

Pole Mountain Pharmacy provides updated COVID-19 vaccines to qualified individuals, including adults 65+ and those with underlying health conditions. You may download, print and complete your consent form to bring with you to the pharmacy here. Patients ages 12 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Vaccination takes place at the pharmacy. Please plan for 30 minutes at the pharmacy as you will be required to be observed for 15 minutes after your immunization.
